Dividing Lines: A History of Segregation in Kansas City
Dividing Lines: A History of Segregation in Kansas City
Johnson County Library’s Race Project KC
Full scope of work. We were handed a conceptual outline and took it from there to final delivery.
A 90-minute driving tour of the history of residential segregation in Kansas City, using a GPS-base audio tour app. Scripting, research, interviews, production, and tour programming. We did it all, and are very proud of the project.
From initial ideation until the audience experiences the story, we can keep a project on track by identifying tasks, setting milestones, and managing communications.
A wide scope and deep subject matter lets us dive into the details, unearthing facts and historical anecdotes that become the building blocks of powerful stories.
Whether it’s a slow-burn or a fire to put out, we love to wordsmith, hammering out scripts that tell a clear and on-brand message.
The rhythm of great music, the snap of fingers, and the sizzle of a steak. Filling in the world of the story with all the right sounds is what sets our projects above the rest.
Casting that perfect voice actor who will connect with the audience is crucial. We use our network of creatives to match the right voice with a video’s needs.
We litter the cutting room floor until the heart of the story rings true. Hours of raw material become bare minutes of captivating video.
